Food was good with plenty of ingredients actually in the sandwich. Made a satisfying lunch.

DIS-A-POINTED. It isn't bad enough that we leave another Subway because we were waiting for so long for someone to greet us to take our order, but when we arrived here at 8:40pm, the door was locked shut. There was a person inside, I knocked on the window and no response. Everything was already put away. Like I said. Disappointed. Won't be going to Subway anytime soon.

Subway food is subway food. BUT, the customer service provided by Dorian was amazing. My wife and I drove from Charleston SC for a family emergency and had not slept in 20+ hours. Dorian took the time to talk to us, and was super kind when he did not have to be. We were having the worst of worst days but thanks to Dorian it made the day a little less sucky. Thank you very much Dorian hope you get a raise or great things happen to you.

14 people backed up in line while I was there. You'd think management would schedule more than two workers during such a known busy time of the day/year.
Worse still, after 20 minutes in line, I found out after I had pulled out and unwrapped my sandwich in the car that the cashier/sandwich artist had bagged SOMEONE ELSE'S sandwich! How does this happen at Subway where everything moves in order from left to right? I know my sandwich was made correctly to specification, I saw it happening!
Absolutely horrible. I think I'm done with Subway. -

The place is clean and comfortable. Aside from typical Subway stuff, I think their service is really good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were also very quick with service.
They had really clean bathrooms (which is important because it's a rest stop area off the highway so the people in the car really appreciated that).
